Much of the Los Angeles market couldn’t see the boys in blue win Tuesday night because of the fight between Time Warner Cable and CBS. That means smaller ratings for KCAL.     A&E Networks, Time Warner Cable Make New Multi-Year Pact

    Time Warner Cable and A+E Networks have reached a new multi-year distribution agreement that will keep A&E shows on the cable provider for years to come.

    Terms of the deal were not released.

    The multi-platform agreement means TWC will continue to carry A&E’s portfolio of networks, including A&E, Lifetime, HISTORY, LMN, Bio, H2, HISTORY en Espanol, Crime & Investigation Network, Military HISTORY and Lifetime Real Women.

    It will also provide customers access to VOD content, “TV Everywhere” content for TWC TV out-of-home platforms and authenticated access to A+E Networks apps including HISTORY, A+E and Lifetime.
