Well, here&#;s something that I&#;ve only recently discovered: an upcoming anime series called Hakumei and Mikochi: Tiny little life in the woods. The official website recently revealed the artists of the opening and theme songs.
This post will include that piece of news, as well as a look at a PV for the series and the cast and show will be an adaptation of Takuto Kashiki&#;s Hakumei and Mikochi: Tiny little life in the woods manga. It quite simply follows the characters of Hakumei and Mikochi, two 9cm tall dwarf girls who live deep in a forest. Their home is in the hollow of a tree, they use leaves as umbrellas and they ride on the backs of insects and birds.

Hakumei and Mikochi aired as part of the winter season, and is available to watch on HIDIVE.Hakumei and Mikochi is a slice of life anime. What makes it stand apart from others, though, is that is protagonists are only a diminutive 9cm tall.
Hakumei, with the red hair, is the more energetic of the two. She is something of a tomboy, and is fairly skilled at fixing things. She does various odd jobs around town, before being hired by a construction crew.
