Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was a great Indian philosopher, a patriotic politician and a statesman who had dedicated much of his life to enriching Indian education and Indian philosophy. He was born on 5th September at Tiruttani in Tamil Nadu although his family belonged to the Telugu-speaking Brahmin community.
